Meet The Chilliwack Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery Team

Tracey brings a wealth of experience to our practice with over 15 years in the dental and healthcare field. Her belief in providing top quality care and service to our patients makes her a vital part of what our practice aims to achieve. She is always happy to answer your questions.

Wendy has over 10 years’ experience in the dental field, and joined COS in early 2021. She thoroughly enjoyed being a part our team; working together to deliver optimal patient care, from the moment we meet our patients at consultation, to the completion of treatment. You might hear Wendy’s friendly voice when scheduling your appointment, and see her bright, welcoming smile when you arrive to our office.

Heather started as a Certified Dental Assistant in 1993 and has spent many years working in the dental field. She has since transitioned into dental administration, where she enjoys supporting patients every step of the way. Heather looks after insurance estimates and patient scheduling, and takes pride in helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for. Outside of the office, Heather loves spending time with her family and being outdoors, hiking, camping, and off-roading, and appreciates everything the Fraser Valley has to offer.

Kerry has returned to the dental field after an extended period in medical administration and is enjoying her new role as hospital coordinator. Kerry ensures that our hospital patients feel supported in their journeys to better dental health, and helps coordinate their appointments with precision and care. In her free time in nice weather, she enjoys hiking and paddle boarding, and road trips with friends. Rainy days she can be found reading or cooking.

Taryn joined Chilliwack Oral Surgery after beginning her career in the dental field as a dental assistant in 2022. Born and raised in Kamloops, BC, she and her husband moved to the Fraser Valley in 2024, where she continued pursuing her passion for patient care. Taryn enjoys being part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional care, and takes pride in helping create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient from start to finish. Outside of work, she loves spending her summers surfing and relaxing at home with her two cats.
Surgical Staff

Rhonda is our Patient Care Coordinator, and enjoys being a part of our Oral Surgery Team. Rhonda has been working in Oral Surgery for over 20 years, certified in Dental Anesthesia Assisting by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. You will see Rhonda during your implant consultation. She takes great pride in supporting each patient through all stages of their treatment. It is her goal that every patient that visits Chilliwack Oral Surgery experiences quality patient care.

Noaka – Treatment Coordinator Assistant
Noaka is one of our dedicated Treatment Coordinators, assisting patients with scheduling and coordinating all aspects of their dental implant care. You will likely see her at your post-operative extraction follow-up appointments or working alongside Rhonda to ensure your treatment plan and appointments run smoothly. She began her career with Chilliwack Oral Surgery in 2013. With over a decade of experience in the practice, she is committed to providing a supportive, organized, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.”

Brittney graduated from the certified dental assisting program at UFV in 2008. She worked in general dentistry in the lower mainland and the Northwest Territories until she joined our surgical team in 2014. You will see Brittney at your consult, during your surgical procedure, or at your post-op appointment and is always ready to answer any question you have.

Jennifer – Certified Dental Assistant
Jennifer graduated from the certified dental assistant program in 2006. She has over 15 years of experience in the dental field. Jennifer has worked in many areas of dentistry, including periodontics, pediatrics and general dentistry. She joined our surgical team in the summer of 2020 and has enjoyed being able to help people in her community.

Meghan graduated from the certified dental assisting program at UFV in 2019. She started her career in pediatrics and has now transitioned to surgery. She has been with COS since the summer of 2021 and has enjoyed every minute of it. You will see Meghan throughout your treatment from your consultation until completion of your surgical procedure.


Adelola – Chairside Assistant/Sterilization Technician
Adelola is a sterilization technician and non-certified dental assistant working towards formal dental assisting certification. She has experience supporting clinical teams with instrument reprocessing infection control, and chairside preparation. Adelola is committed to maintaining a safe efficient environment and enjoys contributing to quality patient care
Nursing Staff

Nelly – Registered Nurse
Nelly brings extensive experience in medical, pediatric, and emergency nursing. Her compassionate nature helps her connect easily with patients of all ages and backgrounds. She joined COS in 2022 and enjoys working alongside the team to make each surgical visit an overall comfortable, pleasant experience. She draws on her life as a mom and Nana to bring warmth, patience, and understanding to her patient interactions. Outside of work, she spends time with her family, creates digital scrapbooks, and explores local trails.

Lois graduated from the university of the Fraser valley in 2015 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in acute surgical unit and fell in love with the complexities of surgical nursing in school. Lois first discovered COS shortly after having her son who saw Dr. Singh for a frenectomy. She is passionate about education , pain management and loves to walk her patients through their questions and anxieties surrounding surgery. When she isn’t at work, you can find her at home raising her 3 children and volunteering as a pediatric nurse at a kid’s summer camp!
