Administrative Staff:

Tracey – Office Manager

Tracey brings a wealth of experience to our practice with over 15 years in the dental and healthcare field.  Her belief in providing top quality care and service to our patients makes her a vital part of what our practice aims to achieve.  She is always happy to answer your questions regarding fees, insurance coverage and scheduling.

 

 


Lori – Front Office/ Administration

Lori has 10 years’ experience in the dental field. She started as a Certified Dental Assistant, and then transitioned into Administration. Lori is passionate about providing the best patient experience possible, and she believes this starts with the first consultation and ends with the completion of treatment. Lori enjoys travelling, reading, the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family.

 

 

Wendy H – Reception/Administration 

Wendy H has over 10 years’ experience in the dental field, and joined COS in early 2021. She thoroughly enjoyed being a part our team; working together to deliver optimal patient care, from the moment we meet our patients at consultation, to the completion of treatment. You might hear Wendy’s t, friendly voice over the phone, when scheduling your appointment, and see her bright, welcoming smile when you arrive to our office. Wendy strives to add warmth and care, to the professional, inviting environment of Chilliwack Oral Surgery. 
 

  Surgical Staff:

 

Rhonda – Patient Care/ Treatment Coordinator

Rhonda is our Patient Care Coordinator, and enjoys being a part of our Oral Surgery Team. Rhonda has been working in Oral Surgery for over 15 years, as a Surgical Assistant, certified in Dental Anesthesia Assisting by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. You will see Rhonda during your implant consultation. She takes great pride in supporting each patient through all stages of their treatment. It is her goal that every patient that visits Chilliwack Oral Surgery experiences quality patient care.

 
 

Brittney Hansen – Certified Dental Assistant

Brittney graduated from the certified dental assisting program at UFV in 2008. She worked in general dentistry in the lower mainland and the Northwest Territories until she joined our surgical team in 2014.  You will see Brittney at your consult, during your surgical procedure, or at your post-op appointment and is always ready to answer any question you have.

 
 

Jennifer – Certified Dental Assistant

Jennifer graduated from the certified dental assistant program in 2006 and has completed her Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination. She has over 15 years of experience in the dental field. Jennifer has worked in many areas of dentistry, including periodontics, pediatrics and general dentistry. She joined our surgical team in the summer of 2020 and has enjoyed being able to help people in her community. 

 
 

Meghan – Certified Dental Assistant

Meghan graduated from the certified dental assisting program at UFV in 2019. She started her career in pediatrics and has now transitioned to surgery. She has been with COS since the summer of 2021 and has enjoyed every minute of it.  You will see Meghan throughout your treatment from your consultation until completion of your surgical procedure. 

 
Patricia – Registered Nurse

Trish began her registered nursing career over 30 years ago on a busy general surgical unit. Over the years she worked as an RN in various units, but never too far removed from surgical nursing. Completing the Paranesthesia Nursing Program in 2010 has allowed her to work in one of the oldest medical specialties around, preparing patients for surgery, monitoring patients during surgery and recovering patients after surgery. I am blessed to be able to work in this clinic doing what I love to do!

 
Rebecca – Registered Nurse

Rebecca graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has been working with COS for the last 5 years. She also has hospital experience in both the busy Medical/Surgical Ward and the fast-paced Emergency Department. It brings her great satisfaction to be able to calm down anxious patients, reassure them and help make them feel comfortable. She finds her job highly rewarding, and she loves the teamwork and positive environment at Chilliwack Oral and Facial Surgery.

 
Lois – Registered Nurse
Lois graduated from the university of the Fraser valley in 2015 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in acute surgical unit and fell in love with the complexities of surgical nursing in school. Lois first discovered COS shortly after having her son who saw Dr. Singh for a frenectomy. She is passionate about education , pain management and loves to walk her patients through their questions and anxieties surrounding surgery.  When she isn’t at work, you can find her at home raising her 3 children and volunteering as a pediatric nurse at a kid’s summer camp!
